Exceptions: Our double your money back offer does not apply to the following situations:

1. Prescription Drugs - Certain prescription drugs contribute to the increase of bone loss. Examples include: Antiseizure medications (only some) such as Dilantin or Phenobarbital, Aromatase inhibitors such as Arimidex, Aromasin and Femara, Cancer chemotherapeutic drugs, Cyclosporine A and FK506 (Tacrolimus), Diabetes medications, Epilepsy drugs, Glucocorticoids such as cortisone and prednisone, Gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) such as Lupron and Zoladex, Heparin, HIV/AIDS therapy drugs, Inhaled steroids for asthma, Lithium, Medroxyprogesterone acetate for contraception (Depo-Provera), Methotrexate, Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as, Nexium, Prilosec (omeprazole) and Prevacid, Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as Lexapro, Prozac and Zoloft, Tamoxifen (premenopausal use), Thiazolidenediones (Actos and Avandia), Thyroid hormones, etc. This is not a complete list. If you take a medication that is not listed here, you are advised to contact your doctor or pharmacist to find out if your medication(s) is known to cause or contribute to excessive bone loss. 2. Bisphosphonate Drug Use (such as Fosamax, Actonel, Boniva, etc...) for a period of several months and then interrupting use, starting/stopping results in poor quality bone which needs to be replaced requiring additional time. If you start the Grow Bone Challenge, the first year may be dedicated to replacing the poor bone before building regular bone mass.

3. Early Post-Menopause – The first five years after the onset of menopause results in rapidly falling bone density.

*In each of the above situations the Grow Bone System is still highly recommended as it may slow the losses, or increase bone density. LIMIT ONE REIMBURSEMENT SUBMISSION PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS. Duplicate or photocopied Reimbursement Submissions (except the register receipts) will not be honored or acknowledged. Promotion valid only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and purchase must originate in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; requestor must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Maximum possible reimbursement of $1000.00. Reimbursements will be calculated based upon the following criteria: the actual amount spent on the Grow Bone System and the lesser of the following: actual cost of the full body DEXA scans or the co-pays for both full body DEXA scans. Full body DEXA scan costs are not doubled. Reimbursement will not be made for sales tax, shipping and handling or any other incidental cost including but not limited to the cost of transportation to and from scan facility, doctors fees or any lost wages due to time off to take the DEXA scans. REIMBURSEMENT SUBMISSION MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS OF YOUR SECOND FULL BODY DEXA SCAN.

Reimbursement Submissions from Post Office Boxes, commercial addresses, containing invalid, undeliverable or non-U.S. mailing addresses, incomplete or illegible or any Refund Submissions deemed invalid, based on these Terms & Conditions will be rejected and will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. Garden of Life is not responsible for printing errors or for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, non-delivered or postage due mail. Reimbursement Submissions must include all components listed below. Reimbursement Submission rights cannot be assigned or transferred and the Promotion is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Keep copies of all materials submitted because Reimbursement Submissions become property of Garden of Life and will not be returned. Fraudulent Reimbursement Submissions and/or use of multiple addresses to obtain multiple Reimbursement Submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Garden of Life reserves the right to substantiate Reimbursement Submissions and request additional identification and/or documentation. Reimbursement Submissions will be mailed within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of approval of valid Reimbursement Submission. Only actual purchasers of the Product may participate in the Promotion. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor. Participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions listed here in and to honor decisions of Garden of Life, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agrees that all reimbursements are made upon the condition that Garden of Life , or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of this product. Garden of Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this challenge. Garden of Life reserves the right to verify requests suspected of being invalid and to decline submissions that are inconsistent with terms. The resolution of all claims and disputes arising out of this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To be reimbursed for your full body DEXA scans and double the cost of the Grow Bone System kits that you purchased, follow the directions above. Requests must be postmarked no later than 60 days of your second full body DEXA scan.
